2. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Disclose any pre-existing damage or special conditions of your vehicle
• Remove all valuable personal belongings from your vehicle before service
• Arrive at your scheduled appointment time or provide reasonable notice for cancellations
• Conduct yourself in a respectful manner toward our staff
• Pay the agreed-upon price for services rendered
• Follow all posted rules and safety instructions at our facility

3. Service Limitations

Our car wash services are subject to the following limitations:

• We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles that may damage our equipment
• Extremely soiled vehicles may require additional services at extra cost
• We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains or marks
• Weather conditions may affect service availability and results
• Service completion times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition
• Certain vehicle modifications may prevent us from providing standard services

We will inform you of any limitations before beginning service whenever possible.

4. Intellectual Property

• Pre-existing damage to vehicles not documented before service
• Normal wear that becomes visible after cleaning
• Damage resulting from standard cleaning procedures on deteriorated surfaces
• Items left in vehicles during service
• Damage caused by environmental factors beyond our control
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages

Our maximum liability for any damage caused by our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that caused the damage.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

• We encourage customers to report any concerns immediately upon service completion
• All claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service
• Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Riga, Latvia
• If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under Latvian law

These dispute resolution procedures are the exclusive means for resolving any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are as listed at our facility or on our website. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Special promotions may have additional terms that will be specified at the time of offer.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash and major credit cards. Refunds are provided solely at our discretion and must be requested within 24 hours of service completion.
